CHECK SECURITY FEATURES

DocuCheck® Security Paper - DocuCheck® Security Paper has a distinctive true watermark pressed into the paper during manufacturing. Watermark can be seen by holding the check up to a light source. Cannot be reproduced by copiers or scanners.

Security Background - Anti-copy background which cannot be digitally replicated. What is replicated on a color copy is a robust void warning message. NOTE: Check is produced without color background in name and address area. This is done so that while check is in envelope traveling through the mail, one cannot tell this is a check.

Visible Fibers - DocuCheck® Security Paper features visible red and blue fibers that can be seen with the naked eye. Also features one invisible fiber and five chemical sensitive stains.

TonerFuse® II - Chemistry in paper bonds laser toner to paper fibers with heat. Any damage is visible if toner is altered by tape pull or scraping.

Warning Bands - Warning notices that advise potential criminals that this document is protected. The messages advise the receiver to look for the built in security elements. Absence of any features should make the document unacceptable.

Micro Type Signature Line - Small type in signature line appears blurred if copied or scanned.

Check Border - Intricate designed check border in multiple colors is difficult to reproduce.

For additional security, Docuprint will use special security packaging tape for sealing cartons. Docuprint will label your checks as official documents (will not show checks on any shipping documents or labels).
